Plants built by Renesys: O&M is free for the first year after commissioning, spares included.
After that, and for plants built by other installers, we quote for your plant. The price depends on plant size, rooftop or ground-mount, how often the site needs cleaning, and the plant’s age and condition.
How we measure performance
- Performance ratio (PR) is the share of the sun’s potential your plant actually turns into power. It’s the fairest single measure, because it adjusts for the weather.
- On ground-mount captive plants, we guarantee a minimum 75% annual PR during the O&M contract. Our foundry plants reached up to 83.9% in FY 2025-26.
- Every report shows generation against expected generation, so a shortfall is visible straight away, not at year end.

How often should solar panels be cleaned in Gujarat?
It depends on the site. Dusty industrial and highway locations may need cleaning every one to two weeks in the dry season. Cleaner sites need it less often. We set the schedule from measured soiling, not a fixed calendar.
