The management team of Renesys Power Systems brings together entrepreneurs with more than 30 years of combined experience in large-scale renewable energy and power systems.

Mr. Harsh Shah
Director

Mr. Harsh Shah holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, USA. He has over 13 years of global experience in the USA and India in industrial automation and solar PV systems. Before starting Renesys, Harsh helped set up the India operations of a large Japanese industrial group in renewable energy and power systems.

Mr. Jay Mehta
Director

Mr. Jay Mehta holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah, USA. He has over 10 years of experience in the design, execution and operation of wind energy systems in India. In his previous roles he was instrumental in designing indigenous wind turbines and headed the operations of an indigenous wind business with 10–15 MW installed across India.

Mr. Aditya Shah
Director

Mr. Aditya Shah holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech, USA, and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has over 18 years of experience across industries in the USA and India, and previously headed renewable energy operations for a large Japanese industrial conglomerate.
