The management team of Renesys Power systems consists of young and dynamic entrepreneurs who has more than 30 years of combined experience in large scale renewable systems and are experts in the field of Renewable energy and power systems.

Mr. Harsh Shah
Director

Mr. Harsh Shah completed his Bachelor’s study in Electrical Engineering engineering from Gujarat University and went to study Master’s in Electrical Engineering From university of Cincinnati USA. He has a wide Global experience in USA and India in the areas of Industrial Automation and Renewable energy system for PV plants of over 13 years. Before starting this company, Harsh was involved in setting up operations of a very large Japanese industrial giant in India in the areas on Renewable energy and Power systems.

Mr. Jay Mehta
Director

Mr. Jay Mehta completed his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. He further pursed M.S. in mechanical engineering from University of Utah, USA. He has over 10 years on experience in Design, execution and operations of Wind Energy systems in India. In his previous ventures, he was instrumental in designing indigenous Wind turbines in India and was heading the operations for the indigenous Wind systems business in India with installations of over 10 to 15 MW across India.

Mr. Aditya Shah
Director

Mr. Aditya Shah completed his Bachelor’s study in Electrical engineering from Georgia Tech, USA and went to study Master’s in Business Administration from University of Pennsylvania, USA. He has over 18 years of experience in many different industries and verticals across USA and India. Aditya, an MBA graduate from University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School of Business) was heading Renewable energy operations of a very large Japanese industrial conglomerate.
